Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common customer issues across login, hosting, cPanel, serverless, domains, invoices, and tickets.

Common issues

Cannot sign in
Confirm you are using /client/login, not staff login. Use Forgot password if needed.
Serverless is locked
Serverless unlocks only after your hosting order is approved or active.
GitHub deployment fails
Confirm the repository is public, branch exists, and project builds without private local files.
ZIP deployment fails
Zip the project root. Do not include node_modules, .git, .next, cache folders, logs, or .env files.
Domain pending DNS
Copy records exactly, update DNS at your provider, wait for propagation, then click Verify.
cPanel password fails
Open the service detail page for current credentials or open support for a reset.
Invoice looks wrong
Open a ticket and include the invoice number and expected correction.
Ticket has no response yet
Reply in the same ticket with missing details. Do not create duplicates for the same issue.
