Account and operations
Before opening a ticket
The fastest tickets include enough context for support to reproduce the issue without a long back-and-forth. Include account-safe details only; never paste private passwords or secret environment variable values.
- For cPanel: include the affected domain, service tracking ID, cPanel username, page or tool, exact error, and what changed recently.
- For serverless: include site name, source type, repository or ZIP context, framework, build command, and the failing log lines.
- For domains: include the domain, DNS provider, records you added, when you changed them, and the current verification state.
- For invoices: include invoice number, service or domain, amount expected, amount shown, and payment or renewal context.
