The customer portal is the home base for your hosting account. It brings your services, domains, cPanel access, serverless deployments, invoices, support tickets, knowledge base articles, and profile settings into one customer-facing workspace.

Before opening a ticket

The fastest tickets include enough context for support to reproduce the issue without a long back-and-forth. Include account-safe details only; never paste private passwords or secret environment variable values.

  • For cPanel: include the affected domain, service tracking ID, cPanel username, page or tool, exact error, and what changed recently.
  • For serverless: include site name, source type, repository or ZIP context, framework, build command, and the failing log lines.
  • For domains: include the domain, DNS provider, records you added, when you changed them, and the current verification state.
  • For invoices: include invoice number, service or domain, amount expected, amount shown, and payment or renewal context.
