Domain
The primary domain attached to the hosting account.
Renewal
Next renewal date and renewal amount when available.
Manage
Open the service detail page for credentials and cPanel access.

Service detail page

The service detail page is the source of truth for a classic hosting account. Use it before asking support for credentials, renewal dates, nameservers, or invoice context.

  1. 1Confirm service status is Active or Completed before expecting cPanel access.
  2. 2Check the primary domain, plan name, billing term, order total, and renewal information.
  3. 3Use Open cPanel when available, or copy the cPanel URL, username, and password.
  4. 4Review nameservers if the domain has not been pointed yet.
  5. 5Open the linked invoice if you need billing context.
  6. 6Open a support ticket if the service should be active but credentials are missing.

cPanel credentials on a service

Open cPanel
Creates a one-click cPanel session when the service is active and provisioned.
Username
The cPanel account username for manual login and support reference.
Password
The cPanel password stored for this service. Treat it as sensitive.
Login URL
The cPanel URL, normally using port 2083, for manual browser login.
Unavailable access
If the service is pending, suspended, cancelled, expired, or not provisioned, cPanel access may not appear.

Nameservers, invoices, and renewals

Nameservers
If nameservers are shown, point your domain to them at the registrar to serve the cPanel site.
Invoice link
A related invoice link appears when the service is tied to an invoice.
Renewal amount
The renewal total can differ from the original order total when terms or services change.
Support context
Use the service tracking ID, domain, and current status when opening a service ticket.

Service status meanings

Pending
The order exists and is waiting for review or setup.
Active
The service is live and can be managed from the client portal.
Completed
Setup is complete. For hosting, this usually means the service is usable.
Suspended
Access may be limited. Open a support ticket if you believe this is incorrect.
Cancelled / Terminated
The service is no longer active. cPanel login and hosted content may be unavailable.
