Ordering hosting

Use the public plan catalog and checkout flow to request a classic cPanel hosting plan.

Before you order

Hosting plans are ordered from the public storefront. You can browse plans before signing in, but checkout sends you into the customer account flow so the order can be attached to your account.

Plan
Choose the plan that matches the class, program, project, storage, and support needs.
Domain
Enter the domain you want attached to the hosting account. It can be an existing domain or a domain you plan to connect.
Review
Orders are reviewed before activation. cPanel access appears after provisioning is complete.
Payment
The checkout can create the order without collecting payment immediately when the plan flow allows review first.

Checkout flow

The storefront is public. Choose a plan, enter the domain you want to use, and submit checkout. Orders are reviewed before activation.

  1. 1Open Plans or go to /store.
  2. 2Choose the hosting plan that matches your class, program, or project.
  3. 3Enter your domain during checkout.
  4. 4Submit the order. Payment is not required to create the order.
  5. 5Sign in or register when prompted so the order belongs to your customer account.
  6. 6Watch your email and customer dashboard for activation, invoice, and cPanel details.

After you order

Pending
Your request was submitted and is waiting for review or setup.
Approved / Active
The service is usable and appears under Hosting.
Credentials
cPanel URL, username, and password appear on the service detail page after provisioning.
Serverless unlock
Serverless becomes available after an active, approved, or completed hosting order exists on the account.
Invoices
Related invoices appear under Invoices and may also be linked from the service detail page.

Common ordering problems

Domain typo
Open a support ticket immediately with the correct domain and order tracking ID.
Wrong plan
Open a ticket before setup completes so support can adjust the order cleanly.
No activation yet
Check the order status. Pending orders are waiting for review or provisioning.
No cPanel credentials
Credentials appear after provisioning. If the service is active and still missing credentials, open a ticket.
