Customer documentation
Account access
Create a customer account, sign in, recover access, and keep your account details usable for support and billing.
Sign in or register
Use the customer account pages when you need to reach your dashboard, services, invoices, tickets, domains, profile, knowledge base, or serverless deployments.
- 1Create a new customer account at /client/register.
- 2Sign in to an existing customer account at /client/login.
- 3After sign-in, the portal opens your customer dashboard.
- 4Use the left navigation to open Dashboard, My Services, Domains, Serverless, Invoices, Support Tickets, Knowledge Base, or Profile.
Password recovery
If your password stops working, use the forgot-password flow before opening a ticket. Password reset links are sent to the email address on the customer account.
Forgot password
Open the customer login page and use the reset link to receive a password reset email.
Reset link expired
Request a fresh reset link. Older links may stop working after they expire.
Email changed
Open a support ticket with identifying details so support can verify the account safely.
No reset email
Check spam, confirm the email address, wait a few minutes, then open a ticket if nothing arrives.

Keep credentials private
Never paste cPanel passwords, portal passwords, API keys, or secret env values into screenshots or public chats.
Keep contact details current
Support and billing use your profile details to identify the account and send notices.
Ask for reset help
Open a ticket if password reset email does not arrive, your email address changed, or access looks wrong.
Do not share private account access
Support can help verify ownership and reset access. Do not send passwords or secret tokens when asking for help.
