Open tickets, reply to support, and include the details needed to solve issues quickly.
Open a ticket
- 1Open Client portal, Support Tickets.
- 2Create a new ticket with a clear subject.
- 3Choose urgency based on impact.
- 4Describe expected behavior, actual behavior, and recent changes.
- 5Include the affected domain, service, invoice, or serverless site name.
- 6Reply in the same ticket to keep history together.
Good ticket examples
cPanel login
Include service domain, whether one-click or manual login failed, and the exact error message.
Serverless build
Include site name, source type, framework, build command, and failing log lines.
DNS or domain
Include domain, DNS provider, records you added, and when you changed them.
Billing
Include invoice number and what looks incorrect.
